Refund Policy

Overview

Klink Languages offers a free plan and a paid Pro subscription processed by Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. This means Paddle is the seller of record and handles billing, invoicing, and refund requests on our behalf.


EU 14-day right of withdrawal

If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. However, by starting your Pro subscription and accessing Pro features immediately, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has begun. This is in accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.


General refund policy

Outside of the cases described above, we do not offer partial or full refunds for subscription periods already in progress. You may cancel your subscription at any time — you will retain Pro access until the end of the current billing period.


Billing errors

If you believe you were charged in error — for example due to a duplicate charge or a technical failure — please contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate and, where applicable, process a refund through Paddle.


Requesting a refund via Paddle

Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record, refunds are processed by Paddle. You can contact Paddle support directly or reach us at the address above and we will handle it on your behalf.
