Overview

Klink Languages offers a free plan and a paid Pro subscription processed by Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. This means Paddle is the seller of record and handles billing, invoicing, and refund requests on our behalf.

EU 14-day right of withdrawal

If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law. Refund requests are handled by Paddle as the Merchant of Record.

Billing errors

If you believe you were charged in error — for example due to a duplicate charge or a technical failure — please contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate and, where applicable, process a refund through Paddle.
